How do you ship packages?
Styleeo works with global merchants to source high-quality products at the best prices possible and ships them directly to the customer. Depending on the product's weight and size, we ship the packages from our partner's warehouse in USA and China by USPS, ePacket, 4PX, EMS, and Yanwen logistics.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and could incur custom fees depending on your country's customs regulations.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location, time, customs clearance and other logistics factors. Below is the estimated delivery time based on our past delivery records.
- United States: Standard Shipping- 7-10 Days(Depending on the locations)
- Australia, New Zealand, UK: Standard Shipping- 7-10 Days(Depending on the locations)
- Rest Of The World: Standard Shipping- 10-30 Days(Depending on the location)
*This does not include our 1-3 days order processing time, excluding weekends and public holiday's.
Please Note: Shipping times are estimated only(Monday to Friday), and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. Shipping time could take longer than estimates due to customs clearance and some other logistic issues.
Orders processing gets delayed during Christmas and New Year holidays.
*Due to COVID-19, restictions delivery could take a bit longer than the estimated shipping time mentioned above.
What is the shipping insurance?
Shipping insurance provides a guaranteed replacement product if your item gets damaged, stolen or lost during transit. This does not include custom related fees, wrong, incomplete, unverified shipping addresses and other issues.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. Please check your junk or spam mail folder; sometimes, emails go to those folders. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
*Small items such as screen protectors and tempered glass ship without the tracking number.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment.”
It takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system for some shipping companies. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number. Please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
What if I have to cancel, modify or change the order?
Once we receive the order, the customer has 2 hours to make any changes to the order(including cancellation). No further changes can be made once the order has been processed and shipped.
Styleeo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. The customer is responsible for providing the correct order details such as shipping address. Customers are responsible for re-shipping costs due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
In situations like this, it would be a good idea to follow these steps:
- Check with other household members that they did not forget to mention a package arriving
- Do a thorough search around the outside of your house to make sure that the package was not left in an unusual place
- Ask neighbours whether they have received any packages on behalf of someone else
- Contact the shipping company to request more details about the delivery
- File a police report if you suspect the item was stolen

Change Of Mind:
You can return your product within 15 days from the date of delivery if you have simply just changed your mind. Please note that we’re not able to cover any return shipping costs and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All the change of mind returns is subject to 25% restocking fees.
Purchases made between November 24th and December 24th can be returned within 45 days from the date of delivery. Extended return policy subject to our regular return policy. (15 days change of mind policy does not apply except the return shipping cost) A restocking fee will be applied to returns if eligible.
Other Electronic Items:
Some electronics such as DIY cameras, camera accessories, lightings, smartwatches and other electronic accessories can be returned within 15 days unopened, unused or faulty.
Additional non-returnable and refundable items:
- Some electronics items that directly contact human bodies can not be returned once they are opened and used.
- Due to health and hygiene reasons, earphones and headphones can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened within 15 days of purchase and are completely sealed or faulty.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts.
- Phone Screen/Glass Protectors that has been used.
- For phone cases, returns based on changing the old phone to a new phone is not acceptable.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Change of mind may not be eligible for returns.
Requesting exchange or refunds after the modification of the product is not valid. We do not take the products back if there are any changes or modifications made to the products by the customers.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Damaged Or Wrong Items:
If you receive the damaged or wrong item, customers are required to provide us with the evidence to support their claims, such as product photos or videos. (depending on the nature of the issue)
Failing to provide the evidence could affect the returns. In some cases, it could be considered as a change of mind return.
Wrong Orders & Shipping Address:
We do not take responsibility for customers' wrong product orders and wrong or unverified shipping addresses. Customers have to bear the cost of returning the wrong orders and the reshipping costs due to incorrect, unverified shipping addresses entered at checkout. Wrong orders are subject to 25% restocking fees upon returns.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or wrong products sent by us. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Our store runs the promotions from time to time. We do not offer partial or full refunds on previously purchased goods if a product price changes due to promotions such as seasonal sales, clearance sales and other promotional events.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, a gift certificate would be mailed to you once the returned item is received. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he/she will find out about your return.
If you need us to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us within 2 hours of the final payment. Once the order processing starts and sends your package to the shipping carrier, we can’t stop the order. You will receive a full refund if we cancel your order.
Return & Refunds (if applicable):
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or logistic address on the packages. Please contact us for the return shipping address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Please do not return the products to where it's coming from. We use various suppliers and manufacturers to source our products and use international logistics to deliver the product. They don't handle the returns. You have to return the product to our fulfilment centre in China or in Australia. please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the return address.
Please note that customers are responsible for all the return costs involve such as return shipping costs. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by us. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by traceable services when returning the package.
Shipping costs and shipping insurance costs are non-refundable, and also returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

All non-electrical products such as phone cases come with a 1 year limited warranty from the date for delivery. This warranty applies to all eligible purchases made from our online store.
All electronics products with a battery come with 60 days limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This limited warranty covers only defects in material or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover any installation failures, daily wear and tear, product misuse, neglect, tempering, tearing, product modification, improper care such as cleaning and any drops or falls.
Natural color changing of the cases such as "yellowing" comes under daily wear and tear, not material defect or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover any consequential damage to a person or property other than the product purchased.
To make a warranty claim, customers need to contact us at email@example.com or https://styleeo.com/pages/contact-us include a clear photo of the defect and the proof of purchase order number.
If the warranty claim is valid, we will replace the product at no cost with the same model and style. Customer have to pay for the shipping and processing fee.
For gift items, customers have to follow the same steps as mentioned above.
Styleeo reserves the right to replace, repair, rebuild, recondition products, modify, suspend, or terminate this warranty without liability to you or any third party.
