Refund & Return Policy
We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund and return policy for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds for regular and custom-printed items.
1. Returns for Incorrect, Broken, and Damaged Items
- Eligibility: Non-custom print products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. If you receive an incorrect, broken, or damaged item, please contact us within this period with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a satisfactory resolution.
- Condition: To qualify for a return or replacement, the item must be in the condition it was received.
2. Change of Mind
- Eligibility: Returns for change of mind are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Conditions: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns.
3. Requesting a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund for eligible items:
- Contact Us: Submit a request through our ‘Contact Us’ page with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Review and Resolution: We will review your request within 24-48 hours. Approved requests may result in a replacement, partial refund, or store credit.
4. Custom Print Products
Styleeo’s custom-printed phone cases are made to order and are non-returnable, except in the following cases:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to a manufacturing or processing error.
- Customers must provide photo evidence of the issue within 7–14 days of delivery to request a replacement.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind.
- Customer input errors, including selecting the wrong phone model or uploading low-quality images.
- General wear and tear or accidental damage after use.
Styleeo does not offer refunds for custom-printed items unless there is a defect or error on our part.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- For returns due to product defects, shipping damage, or processing errors, Styleeo will cover return shipping costs if required.
- For all other return reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Used screen protectors or altered items.
- Phone cases cannot be returned for refunds due to changes in phone models.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders enter processing shortly after purchase. Cancellations may be requested within 2 hours of placing an order. However, once production begins, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are granted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. To request an exchange, please contact us through our ‘Contact Us’ page.
9. Promotions
Prices vary during promotions, and Styleeo does not offer price adjustments for previous purchases.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you have not received your refund, check with your bank or credit card company for processing times.
- If the refund is still missing, please get in touch with us via our ‘Contact Us’ page.
11. Shipping Information
- Contact us to obtain the return address before sending items back.
- Styleeo does not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or order error.
- We recommend using a traceable shipping service for all returns, as packages remain the customer’s responsibility until received.
A 25% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind and incorrect orders. Customers who received free shipping on their order are also subject to this fee upon return.
