Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our 30 days return policy subject to customers receiving wrong, broken or damaged items

Purchases made between November 24th and December 24th can be returned within 45 days from the date of delivery. Extended return policy subject to our normal return policy and a restocking fee if eligible for return.

Some electronics such as DIY cameras, camera accessories, lightings, smartwatches and other electronic accessories can be returned within 15 days unopened, unused or faulty. 

Change Of Mind:
You can return your product within 15 days from the date of delivery if you have simply just changed your mind. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Additional non-returnable items:
Some electronics items that directly contact human bodies can not be returned once they are opened and used.

Due to health and hygiene reasons, earphones and headphones can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened within 30 days of purchase and are completely sealed or faulty.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts.
For phone cases, returns based on changing the old phone to a new phone is not acceptable.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Change of mind may not be eligible for returns.

Product Modifications:
Requesting exchange or refunds after the modification of the product is not valid. We do not take the products back if there are any changes or modifications made to the products by the customers.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged Or Wrong Items:
If you receive the damaged or wrong item, you have to provide us with the evidence to support your claim, such as product photos.

Failing to provide the evidences could affect the returns. In some cases it could be consider as a change of mind return.

Wrong Orders & Shipping Address:

We are not responsible for wrong orders by customer and also wrong shipping addresses.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or wrong products sent by us. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 

Our store runs the promotions from time to time. We do not offer partial or full refunds on previously purchased goods if a product price changes due to promotions such as seasonal sales, clearance sales and other promotional events. 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, a gift certificate would be mailed to you once the returned item is received.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he/she will find out about your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank.

Please do not return the products to where it's coming from. We use various suppliers and manufacturers to source our products. They don't handle the returns. To return your product, please email us at for the return address.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and also returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
