Refund & Return Policy
Returns:
Our refund and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since the order was delivered, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund or exchange. We take great care to inspect our products prior to shipment to ensure that our customers receive the correct item. In the event that you receive incorrect, broken, or damaged items, or if you encounter any issues with the product within 30 days (if applicable), please contact us immediately with pictures of the fault. We will work with you to ensure that you are satisfied with the outcome.
Change Of Mind:
If you have had a change of mind, you have the option to return your purchased product within 7 days of delivery. Please note that the cost of returning the product will not be covered by us and the original shipping fees are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, along with the original packaging. Please be aware that for all change of mind returns, a restocking fee of 25% will be charged.
Non-returnable and refundable items:
- Some electronics items that directly contact human bodies can not be returned once they are opened and used.
- Due to health and hygiene reasons, earphones and headphones can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened within 7 days of purchase and are completely sealed or faulty.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts.
- Phone Screen/Glass Protectors that has been used.
- For phone cases, returns based on changing the old phone to a new phone is not acceptable.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Change of mind may not be eligible for returns.
Product Modifications:
If any modifications or changes have been made to a product by the customer, requests for exchange or refunds will not be considered valid. We are unable to accept returns for products that have been altered in any way by the customer.
Damaged Or Wrong Items:
To process a return for a damaged or incorrect item, customers must provide evidence to support their claim. This may include product photos or videos, depending on the nature of the issue.
Failure to provide such evidence may impact the validity of the return request. In some cases, the return may be treated as a change of mind return if evidence is not provided.
Wrong Orders & Shipping Address:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they place correct product orders and provide accurate and verified shipping addresses. We cannot be held liable for any errors made by the customer in this regard.
If an incorrect product is ordered or an incorrect, unverified shipping address is provided, customers will be responsible for the cost of returning the product and for the reshipping costs. In the event of a return due to an incorrect product order, a restocking fee of 25% will be applied.
Restocking fee on returns:
We charge a restocking fee on returns due to change of mind or incorrect orders because processing and restocking the product back in our fulfillment center incurs expenses.
Additionally, customers who received free shipping will also be subject to restocking fees upon returns for change of mind and wrong orders. We do not receive refunds for shipping costs from postal and logistics services.
Exchanges (if applicable):
Exchanges will only be granted for items that are defective, damaged, or were incorrectly sent by us. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please get in touch with us through our 'Contact Us' page.
Promotions:
Occasionally, our store runs promotional events that may result in changes to the prices of our products. Please note that we do not offer full or partial refunds for items previously purchased, even if the price of the product has been reduced during a seasonal sale, clearance sale, or other promotional event.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, a gift certificate would be mailed to you once the returned item is received. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he/she will find out about your return.
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us within 2 hours of making the final payment. Once the order processing begins and your package is sent to the shipping carrier, we will be unable to stop the order. If we are able to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Return & Refunds (if applicable):
In order to process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the packaging. Instead, please contact us to obtain the proper return shipping address.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and send you an email to notify you of its arrival. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that there may be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, if applicable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend first checking your bank account and then contacting your credit card company. Refunds can take some time to be officially posted. You may also want to contact your bank to inquire about any potential processing delays.

Shipping:
To return a product, please do not send it back to the origin of shipment. We source our products from multiple suppliers and manufacturers, and use international logistics to deliver them. Therefore, they cannot handle returns. Instead, please get in touch with us through our 'Contact Us' page to obtain the return address of our fulfillment center in China or Australia.
Please be aware that customers are responsible for all return costs, including return shipping expenses. Return packages are the responsibility of the customer until we receive them. As a result, we recommend using traceable services when returning the package.
Shipping and shipping insurance costs are non-refundable, and returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from it.
The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
