At Styleeo, we are committed to providing excellent value and reliable worldwide shipping through trusted logistics partners.
Shipping and Delivery
We work with reputable carriers, including USPS, ePacket, 4PX, EMS, CNE, and Yanwen, to ensure timely deliveries.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times
- USA, Australia, New Zealand, UK: 5-9 business days
- Rest of the World: 7-14 business days
Custom Print Orders:
- Production time: 2-5 business days
- Delivery time: 5-9 business days
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
Delays: Customs processing, peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, New Year), and remote locations may extend delivery times.
Customs and Duties
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply based on their country’s regulations. By placing an order, you acknowledge that customs fees may be incurred.
Tracking Information
- Tracking details are emailed after shipment (check spam/junk folders if not received).
- Small items like screen protectors and tempered glass may not include tracking.
- Tracking updates may take 2-5 business days to appear in the system.
If tracking shows "no information available" after 5 business days, please contact us.
Separate Shipments
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may ship in separate packages.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
- Changes or cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing an order.
- Once processing or shipping begins, modifications cannot be made.
Incorrect Addresses
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details.
- Styleeo is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses or a refusal to accept the package. The customer is responsible for any additional re-shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Styleeo is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. If your package is missing:
- Check with household members or neighbors.
- Look around your property for possible misdeliveries.
- Contact the shipping carrier for details.
- If theft is suspected, file a police report.
Shipping Insurance
We offer shipping insurance to cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages. However, it does not cover:
- Customs fees, duties, or taxes.
- Delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
