Shipping Options
We work with reputable global partners to source quality products at the best prices. Orders are shipped directly to customers from our partner warehouses in the USA and China using carriers like USPS, ePacket, 4PX, EMS, CNE, and Yanwen Logistics.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary by location, time of year, customs processing, and other logistics factors. Estimated delivery times based on recent records are as follows:
- United States: 5 to 9 business days (extended times may apply to remote areas)
- Australia, New Zealand, UK: 5 to 9 business days
- Rest of the World: 7 to 14 business days
Order processing takes 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Note: Delivery times are estimates only (Monday to Friday) and may be extended due to customs processing or peak seasons such as Christmas and New Year.
Customs and Duties
Customers are responsible for any customs fees incurred once items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that packages may incur customs fees based on your country's regulations.
Tracking Information
After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you do not see this email, please check your junk or spam folder.
Note: Small items such as screen protectors and tempered glass may not include tracking numbers.
Delayed Tracking Updates
Tracking information may take 2-5 business days to update. If tracking shows "no information available" after 5 business days, please reach out to us.
Separate Shipments
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may ship in separate packages.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Customers have a 2-hour window to modify or cancel orders after placement. After this period, changes cannot be made once the order has been processed or shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. Styleeo is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any additional re-shipping costs due to address errors will be the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Styleeo is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. If you cannot locate your package, please:
- Verify with household members.
- Check around your property.
- Ask neighbors.
- Contact the shipping carrier for additional information.
- File a police report if theft is suspected.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance covers replacement if an item is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Insurance does not cover issues arising from customs fees, incorrect addresses, or incomplete information.
