Refund & Return Policy
We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund and return policy for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds for regular and custom print items.
1. Returns for Incorrect, Broken, and Damaged Items
- Eligibility: Our return and exchange policy is valid for 60 days from the delivery date. If you received an incorrect, broken, or damaged item, please contact us within this period with photos of the issue. We will work with you to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
- Condition: To qualify, the item must be in the condition it was received.
2. Change of Mind
- Eligibility: Returns for change of mind are accepted within 60 days of delivery.
- Conditions: The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns.
3. Refund & Return Policy for Custom Print Products
Custom print products are made-to-order, so returns or refunds are limited. However, Styleeo will provide solutions in these cases:
- Product Defects: For items with manufacturing defects, contact us within 7 days with photos of the defect.
- Incorrect Item Received: If we shipped an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days, and we will rectify the issue.
- Shipping Damage: If your item was damaged during shipping, contact us within 3 days with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Non-Eligible Reasons: Due to the personalized nature of custom print products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons including:
- Customer preference or a change of mind
- Incorrect customization information provided by the customer
- Minor variations in color or design positioning, which may occur due to the printing process
4. Requesting a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund for eligible items:
- Contact Us: Send a message through our ‘Contact Us’ page with your order number, a description of the issue.
- Review and Resolution: We will review your request within 48 hours. Approved requests may result in a replacement, partial refund, or store credit.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- For returns due to product defects, shipping damage, or errors on our part, Styleeo will cover return shipping costs if required.
- For all other return reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Used screen protectors or altered items.
- Phone cases cannot be returned for refunds due to changes in phone models.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders for both regular and custom print items enter order processing and production shortly after purchase. Cancellations may be requested within 2 hours of placing an order. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation if production has begun for custom items or if processing has started for regular products.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are granted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

9. Promotions
Prices vary during promotions, and Styleeo does not offer price adjustments for previous purchases.
10. Gifts
For marked gifts, a gift certificate will be issued upon receipt of the return. Unmarked gifts are refunded to the purchaser.
11. Late or Missing Refunds
Check with your bank or credit card company for processing times if your refund has not arrived.

12. Shipping
Contact us to obtain the return address before sending items back.
Styleeo does not cover return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable service for all returns, as packages are the customer’s responsibility until received.
A 25% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind and incorrect orders. Free shipping customers are also subject to this fee upon return.
